Summary: I’m starting with the cons of this property because some are important concerns for future renters.Cons: the deck boards are rotten and the nails are sticking out everywhere which was a major hazard with having a toddler running around barefoot from the beach, the windows all had a foggy film on them so you didn’t have a clear view of the water which was truly disappointing, the master bath toilet is loose and not secure to the floor, the second bedroom bathroom doorknob was broken and made you feel like you were trapped before getting it open, the master bedroom gets very hot at night time, there is no salt, pepper, or seasonings, there is no swing as shown in the pictures.Pros: you walk down the steps and you are on the beach, the water is bayside and very calm and great for kids, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off and a hose, the pool is deep from 4.5’ - 6.5’ , there is convenient beach access directly across the street to the gulf side, check in was super easy with a code, parking is directly under the unit and only 1 flight of stairs to enter the unit, the unit was clean, the temp stayed cool (except the master bedroom), basic kitchen utensils and pots and pans, wine fridge, each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is a half bath on the main level.Overall we were comfortable and enjoyed the private beach that was just steps out the door!
