In this private home, there’s plenty of room for up to nine guests to spread out across four bedrooms, all of which are decked out with comfortable mattresses, top-quality linens and thoughtful decor to help you unwind after a busy day. The fourth bedroom is a self-contained retreat with its own small fridge, balcony and bathroom.
With multiple living areas, balconies and a covered alfresco dining area, there’s plenty of space for everyone to keep up with their daily routines and to break away to get some breathing room.
Come dinner time, chefs of all skill levels will delight in the spacious modernized kitchen. With all the essentials, like a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and dishes and cutlery, you’ll have everything you need for your meal whether it be a gourmet meal or a quick cup of two minute noodles. Make sure to take advantage of the outdoor entertaining areas and fire up the gas BBQ or Charcoal Pizza oven and enjoy the best of classic Aussie cuisine while enjoying the gentle breeze off of the water.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property throughout your stay.
Note: Please turn the Spa off after each use. If it is turned off and cold, it could take a while to reheat.
If using Pizza oven please ensure the door is closed after use and all cold ash removed from the oven and disposed of safely.
The keys to Garage and Gym can be found in the entry table draw on the right as you enter the living room. Please replace here after use.

With plenty of beaches to traverse, you’re sure to find your favourite. Head to Palm Beach; this local’s favourite stretch of sand is a peaceful spot on the shores of St. George’s Basin. With shallow waters, it’s the perfect place to go kayaking and fishing, and also provides a nice, safe place for the kids to splash around. Another favourite is John Williams Reserve Beach - with a boat ramp, picnic facilities, and tides loved by surfers and kitesurfers, this is the perfect place for those searching for a little more adrenaline pumping.
Once you’ve finished having your fun in the water, make sure to take advantage of the bushwalking tracks on offer. Whether you’re after a challenging 10+km route offering stunning views across bushland, water, and more open landscapes, a mountain-bike riding route, or a nice easy stroll around the Basin, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
