The Rydell House has it all and just minutes from everything and anything. Do you like to grill out and relax in privacy? How about a huge backyard with patios and grill enough for a large group. Do you enjoy relaxing on a porch, enjoying conversation and a glass of wine? Or reading a book? Rydell offers you not one but two three-season porches (one is almost four season with auxiliary heat. You will appreciate the quality of furnishings that adorn every room. The living and dining room we think are awesome. The huge kitchen is decked out with new Samsung and GE Cafe professional grade appliances. Don't forget to enjoy two patios, a gazebo, and fire pit in the spacious back yeard.
Great beds and big, smart TVs make certain you will get a great sleep in this quiet neighborhood. Maybe you need a fifth bedroom? Or prefer a family room for games or big screen TV and movies? Venture up to Rydell On Three and decide!
Back in the day, the Rydell House was the talk of the town and featured in the local newspaper. It has always been well maintained by caring owners. We are doing our best to add meaningful updates while preserving and honoring the heritage of this solid and prominent home. Note: there is a single security camera in the kitchen.
