2 Bedroom Cottage with Kitchen, Air Conditioner and Balcony
The Round House is really octagon and used to be on stilts overlooking the horse farm next store for the manager to live. The Horse Farm has been separated over the years and the house is now in a wooded areas that has a glimpse of “Little Lake Weir”. Access to Little Lake Weir via small boat ramp on a small canal to the lake. Great for a small boats, Jetski, Canoe, kayak and paddle boards . The deck is an awesome place to relax and our adult kids love to fly drones thru the oak tree when they stay here. It’s only 11 miles to The Villages. There are a lot of farm animals in the area including chicken, ducks, turkeys, goats, pigs, and horses. The Round House is on acreage that joins to the owner’s residence and work hanger. There is plenty of space to park trailers, campers, boats… As long as the house is not being rented on or close to the same day of arrival or departure, we can usually allow earlier check-ins or later check-outs. Fees may apply before 2pm check-ins or after 12 noon check-out. Just let us know if needed. Thank you.
