Positive: Staff was super nice
Negative: First room we had the door lock was broken and couldn't open from the outside, told the office then waited an hour before requesting a different room because no one came to fix it. Second room was right next to i4 and barely slept for 2 nights because all you hear is traffic all night. Pools are small and constantly full of people with unaccompanied children jumping from all over and no staff checking the pool to notice it. Ended up leaving a day early because it just wasn't the hotel for us. We will never choose a hotel by a highway again when on vacation. Once you leave the nice office area it's just another hotel. Overall 5/10
