This five bedroom and five and a half bathroom house has something to keep every guest entertained, from a private pool, hot tub, a ping pong table, and a rooftop deck with unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Bay. The free Anna Maria Island Trolley stop is just down the street and will take you anywhere you want to go on this beautiful 7-mile island.
You'll never want to leave once you walk into this spectacular home! The whole house is equipped with Sonos speakers, and the great room features tall windows with views of the Gulf and a relaxed seating area with blue sofas. The luxe kitchen has brand-new stainless-steel appliances, all the cooking essentials, and an expansive island with high-top seating. Share homemade meals at the dining room table, then head up the spiral stairs to the rooftop deck to view an unbelievable sunset.
The primary bedroom is the perfect retreat with a private deck that looks out onto the pristine white sandy beach. The spacious primary bathroom has two vanities, an enclosed shower area, and a spa-like standalone tub. Three of the five bedrooms are designed with a King bed, vibrant colors, TVs, and ensuite bathrooms with updated step-in showers. The cheerful fifth bedroom has two bunk beds with crisp bedding and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. A laundry room with a washer and dryer and an additional half bathroom are available for guest use.

Summary: We loved this house. It was beautifully decorated and all new plus the layout was fantastic. We had family of various ages and everyone could find their “space” whe the er that was the roof top deck, the pool, family room or the two other great balconies. And our week we had some really windy days and some sun burn people so the shaded pool area was really nice. We thought the furniture was very comfortable and we loved the location. For some you might find it busy but all the roads are busy on AMI and we were right across the street from the beach with awesome views, the beach wasn’t crowded, we could walk to the historic downtown area and the trolly stop was near by. Management was super responsive when the pool heater was off and we had a small issue with no outlets in the garage working to charge a golf cart and had things fixed within hours. Given all the damage from the hurricane just six months ago, the island has made an incredible comeback and so impressed. The two homes right next to this one look like total losses which is sad to see the old charm destroyed.
