Summary: Property extremely convenient to downtown Buffalo. Surprised by no road noise being near a 4 lane road. Neighborhood was quiet.House interior needs some updating and areas need a fresh coat of paint. Loved the rocking recliners! Met our needs, especially fenced in backyard for our 2 dogs. Kitchen could be alittle more conveniently stocked; had to search for salt & pepper shakers, which were not clean and pepper not filled. No tissues anywhere. Nice big dining room table with sturdy, comfortable chairs. Kitchen table and chairs need to be replaced; tiles cracked on tabletop and wobbly chairs. Entrance attractive and entry code very convenient! We would stay again, especially for the location!
