Walk into this rustic but renovated Lake Martin cabin. Open living room with full size futon and 50" smart TV. The dinning area seats four at the table and two at the bar top.
The kitchen is equipped with a retro gas cook top and convection oven will keep your group well fed.
There are two bedrooms with queen beds off the living room and kitchen. A full bathroom is available along with a small storage closet and small stacked washer and dryer.
OUTSIDE
Walk out the enclosed patio down with large seating sofa on the left and patio table with seating for four. There is a smart TV on the enclosed patio to enjoy the game or watch a movie.
A charcoal grill is available just off the enclosed patio.
Exit the enclosed patio and walk down the flagstone path to the dock and easy steps directly into the water.
Enjoy this quiet slough either in or out of the water. There is a small fire pit that is perfect to roast marshmallows or have a cozy fall or winter fire.
