Beautiful 3 bedroom Spanish Style home centrally located. 1900 sq ft with a large 8,107 sq ft lot. Sleeps 6 comfortably but in a pinch 2 more on the queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Quiet area.
12 minutes to Tempe, 10 minutes to Downtown Phoenix, 25 minutes to State Farm Stadium, 25 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale, 5 minutes to the Award winning Public Legacy Golf Course.
The back yard is large and a true Oasis to hang out with friends and family. Large heated swimming pool (heating optional) A brand new Cal Spa Hot Tub to really get relaxed and enjoy, afterwards cool off a bit in the private swimming pool.
Great Hiking Trails at South Mountain's Morman Trail which is a short 5 mile drive from the Vacation Rental. The location makes it easy to catch a most of Spring Training games and attend events like the Waste Management Open. Lots of golf nearby including the award winning Legacy Golf Course 5 minutes away.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Casa Kit! The location was ideal for us, an easy drive from the airport and several stores nearby. Everything about the property was as described and worked perfectly. I wish the weather would have cooperated more for us to use the beautiful pool, but that's mother nature for you! We will definitely try and stay here again when back in town visiting family.
