This spacious, newly renovated 1,378 square foot air-conditioned home with a private pool is just what the doctor ordered to rejuvenate before your next day of adventure. Great location in a quiet gated neighborhood, it’s away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to Disney parks, Shopping, Restaurants, parks and supermarkets.
As you enter the home, you’ll find a spacious open floorplan with cathedral ceilings. The fully stocked kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. There’s seating for 8 at the adjacent dining room table, as well as table with 4 chairs in the kitchen nook. The open living room has comfortable seats and a 55-inch Roku TV. Sliding glass doors take you to the private lanai with outdoor patio furniture and on the screened pool patio area you will find a chaise lounge chair to enjoy the warm Florida weather.
The King bedroom has a large walk-in closet, 43-inch Roku TV, and master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The queen bedroom has a 43-inch Roku TV. Kids will love the Mickey-themed bedroom featuring a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top along with a pullout twin bed. A baby pack-and-play and high chair are provided.
