Main floor offers an open concept, full bath with walk-in shower, master bedroom and screened in porch complete with rockers to enjoy quiet mornings or viewing the wildlife (eagles and loons).
The spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor that holds two bedrooms and a renovated full bath.
The walk-out basement has a large deck with seating and natural tree coverage keeping it cool all summer long. Steps lead down to the waterfront for lake time fun and building memories.
