IT HAS A LARGE FAMILY ROOM ON FIRST FLOOR WITH ALL NEW HARDWOOD FLOORS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR EVERYONE. OFF OF THE FAMILY ROOM ARE 2 SLIDING GLASS DOORS THAT OPEN UP TO A SCREENED IN PORCH WHERE YOU CAN SIT OUT OVER LOOKING THE WATER. THE FAMILY ROOM ALSO HAS A THIRD SLIDING GLASS DOOR WALKING OUT TO A TREX DECK ALSO OVERLOOKING THE WATER. THERE ARE 3 BEDROOMS LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR, 1 FULL BATH AND A SMALL SITTING AREA BETWEEN THE 3 BEDROOMS.(ALL NEW CARPETS UPSTAIRS). THE WALK OUT BASEMENT IS COMPLETELY REDONE AS WELL. LARGE FAMILY ROOM, 1/2 BATH AND A REFRIGERATOR. THE HOUSE HAS 200 FEET OF WATER FRONTAGE, ALMOST 2 ACRES VERY PRIVATE, A LARGE DOCK AND PLENTY OF ROOM FOR A CAMP FIRE OR JUST LOUNGING AROUND. IT IS LOCATED ABOUT 1/4 MILE FROM TOWN SO YOU CAN ENJOY A NICE WALK OR EVEN KAYAK TO TOWN. ALSO AVAILABLE ARE WASHER AND DRYER ON THE FIRST FLOOR. BEDDING IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL.MUST BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS. THERE ARE 4 KAYAKS AND A PADDLE BOAT INCLUDED THAT WOULD NORMALLY COST OVER $1000 IF YOU HAD TO RENT SEPARATELY FOR THE WEEK. RENT IS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY, MUST BE OUT BY 11AM AND CHECK IN IS AT 4PM.(ALLOWING TIME FOR CLEANING). Central Air added in fall of 2017
