The space
The primary suite features a King bed with ensuite bath
The guest bedroom features a bunk bed with 1 full and 2 twin beds (one is a trundle / pull out from under the bottom bunk).

***Due to the central location there is the potential for noise from cars and passerby's from within the home that can occur late into the night.
The air conditioner is portable and really only needed during the hotter months like July and August.
PLEASE NOTE: If you need a Pack and Play and High Chair please request them at the time of booking and we will have them available for your use.

Guests have access to the entire property at 4 pm on the day of check in using a keypad.

While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!
Although issues are rare, due to the nature of the sauna and availability of repair contractors, we cannot guarantee its use during your stay. We recommend you do not book the home based solely on the use of the sauna.
Please do not exceed the occupancy of 6 guests at any given time. Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.
If it is available, early check-in is a charge of $25/each additional hour (beyond the first hour). To ensure the property is ready for incoming guests, late check-out is not possible. Thank you for understanding.
Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.
We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
No Smoking or Vaping inside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.
Local Quiet Hours are 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.
Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
