This is a wonderfully restored two store house, right within walking distance of the heart of downtown Ft Myers waterfront! Enjoy coffee on the oversized front porch, enjoying your view of the shaded city.
After you walk in the front door, relax in the living room with comfortable furniture including a 55 inch smart TV. To the left, is a bedroom on the first floor. All of the beds and bedding is brand new!
The kitchen with large dining room includes all the necessities for cooking. A coffee maker and all the necessities are provided (coffee/cream/sugar). Also included are pots and pans, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, and plates. The first floor also boosts a large full bathroom connected between the kitchen and the first floor bedroom.
The second floor includes a second full bathroom, with two bedrooms. One bedroom includes a queen bed, and the master bedroom includes a king bed, and bunk beds.
