The first-floor features a chef's kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances including two ovens, ample cabinetry and a huge center island for entertaining. It adjoins the spacious family room with French doors to the quaint, fenced-in side yard. You'll love playing the role of bartender in the custom butler's pantry with a wine fridge and ice maker. Another living room with cozy fireplace, decorative (non-working) antique piano, dining room, half bathroom with Gucci heron wallpaper, and a screened-in porch complete this level.
