4 Bedroom House with Bedding, Spa and Fireplace
Two-storey 4 bedroom home with a pool and spa, its a very relaxing space. This house is close to theme parks and local restaurants.
We offer a small complimentary breakfast pack for stays of 3 nights or more. Please let us know if you are vegetarian or if bacon is not your thing, it is not our intention to offend dietary preferences. Property has security monitoring the outside area. Due to poor guest behaviour during covid-19 we no longer accept guests with no reviews or profile information.
The space
There are 4 bedrooms, large lounge area, dining room and kitchen. An outdoor entertaining area overlooking a very inviting pool. There is also Netflix available on the downstairs TV via the TV Remote control unit. There are instructions for you to follow if needed.
We have been hosting for five years now and maintain very respectful relationships with our neighbours, please be mindful of late night noise and please do not park in a way that may interfere with neighbouring properties.
This is unfortunately not a party place as this is a quiet suburban area. This is a house of enjoyment for families and civil fun gatherings of guest approved groups. Please have fun. Laugh, relax and enjoy yourself but understand the house rules and the consequences of breaching a booking agreement.
Unauthorised parties will result in immediate termination of booking and on the spot eviction from premises with no money to be refunded. Our neighbours will alert the authorities and us if they suspect a party is about to occur. Please be honest about the purpose of your trip so that we can be honest about our capacity to accommodate you and avoid disappointment.

Other things to note
Please don't forget to replace the spa lid after use. It keeps the heat in. If you forget to replace the spa lid and we are required to come and service it there maybe a 24 hour window before it is hot and operational again so it's best to remember to replace the lid.
