Two storey duplex with the downstairs section providing a large living area, two stylish bedrooms, second bathroom with a shower, toilet, vanity, and separate toilet. There is also an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer and complete ironing facilities. The double garage has internal access to the property and has the second fridge, push bike, 2 paddle boards and room to park a boat up to the size 5.5 metres height x 5.5 metres length.
Upstairs you will find the main bedroom, this room has a ceiling fan, wall mounted TV and Queen Bed, there is also the main bathroom that has a bath with shower above, vanity and separate toilet room. The beautiful air-conditioned lounge room is fitted with quality, stunning furnishings, and a large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer, complete cooking facilities and servery into the dining area.
The dining area open out onto the top balcony with outdoor dining furniture and 2 burner gas BBQ, a great place for alfresco dining while enjoying the ocean views across the park out to the headlands.
Redman Views is in a great location, an easy 250 metre walk to Soldiers Point Bowling Club which is perfect for children with a playground or just 300 metres down the road to Rick Steins Bannisters Seafood restaurant, Cheeky Dog and Terrace Bar where you will find great food, freshest local produce and seafood, Australian bites and gourmet antipasti and pizza.
