Positive: The house was beautifully remodeled and decorated. I like that it was near some of the main attractions.
Negative: I didn't like that the house was hard to locate. The other big disappointment was that in the description it says AC but, doesn't say that its portable units. You only get two portable ac units, one near the kitchen/dinning and the other in one of the bedrooms. I went this July, and it was extremely hot inside the house except for the one bedroom. The portable unit in the kitchen/dining area was not blowing properly so, therefore it was miserably hot in the living room and the two other bedrooms. I had to text the rental company that handles the workorders, it took me complaining several times for them to finally send me two blowing fans. I even talked to the owner of the home who stays on the property, and he just said to contact the rental company. I requested someone come out and see what I was talking about so they could replace the cooling unit. They did deliver (2) regular fans, but it was the night before we were leaving and just blew hot air. I just feel like the description on the house is misleading because it just says ac. There is a thermostat at the house, which makes you think that the house has central air. Had I have known there was no central air, I probably would've reconsidered. Like, I said the house was beautifully decorated. Put it like this, it's like a beautiful hot home picked up and placed in a trashy neighborhood.
Summary: Nice looking house but, in run down neighborhood and no central a/c made it a miserable stay.
