Boasting an oversized private pool and absolutely beautiful accommodations, this modern contemporary home is perfect for those looking to luxuriate in the Valley of the Sun. As you wine and dine you’ll be and mere minutes from the beautiful Arizona deserts.
While staying here you will have access to the entire property, to include the guest house, backyard and pool.
Inside this cozy home you will be greeted with a laid back space to relax. The living room has a window bench and couch for seating that you can enjoy the smart tv from. The dinning room and kitchen are meet with a homey feel with a coffee bar and cooking essentials. Sit and enjoy a meal at the breakfast bar or at one of the high tables located under sky lighting. There is a full laundry room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds. The master has a beautiful doubly vanity, work space, 2 shower head walk-in shower, and a comfy king bed.

Summary: Good communication with the property manager. Nice, established, quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. The house could use an inventory check, as there isn't much for kitchen utensils, storage containers, mixing bowls, dish cloths/dish soap, etc. The bedrooms are nice with good bedding but no televisions in the rooms. The decor is updated and pleasing. The pool is nice and larger than most. It did have quite a bit of dirt on the bottom but we heard that there had been a recent storm so that is probably the reason. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!
