The house is in a quiet residential area, 5 minutes by car from Bayreuth.
October 19, the roof was completely renewed, the house was completely freshly painted and a new balcony was installed in early 2019.
It has a large garden with fruit trees, balcony, terrace and garden pond.
Garage and parking space in front of the house are available.
Many built-in furniture from the master carpenter: approx. 8 cupboards, cellar bar, cloakroom cupboards, ceilings, parquet, corner bench, ash doors with cassettes, stairs in light maple, etc.
The house has a large living room with a tiled stove, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms + guest toilet, 5 bedrooms, a laundry room and a bar in the basement,
