This is a small, quaint private cottage located in a really beautiful back yard in Midvale, UT. It has been recently updated with new furniture and décor to make you feel right at home while visiting the Salt Lake Valley. There is a small deck located right off of the living room that is totally yours. Free Wi-Fi.
It's located in Midvale, which is basically right in the middle of the valley and conveniently located close to everything in the area. The large lot is situated at the end of a quiet driveway, so there isn't any street traffic whatsoever. There is an excellent public transportation system in the area that will take you anywhere in the valley for very little money.
About the space: there are two queen beds; one is a queen bed in the bedroom and one is a pullout sofa-bed located in the living room. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room with about 40 digital television stations. The kitchen has all of the amenities needed to cook meals while you're here. This home is NOT a duplex and there is no shared living space with anyone else. This is a cottage is located on a very large piece of property with a house that is also owned by us and is occasionally rented as a vacation rental also. Your space is very private and you won't feel that there is any overlap with the other home. Dogs are allowed on this property, but there is no yard for them to be let out into unattended - you'll have to take them out. We have other properties nearby that allow pets if you are interested.
