You will be right downtown, within a block of Full Sail, Mike's Ice Cream and shopping. Fully appointed kitchen, private master bedroom with King bed and a private bath. Living room with a queen pullout and a private bath. And plenty of parking. Coin-Op laundry is shared with other condos. Smart-TV and Internet. Window A/C in both rooms. There is a separate storage locker large enough to a few larger items. We manage 3 units in this same complex, if you have a large group who would like separate accommodations near one another.
