The first floor features 4 bedrooms, a second living area, and a large covered porch. The living area includes a breakfast nook with a Keurig, mini fridge, ice maker, sink, and a large flat screen TV. The first bedroom has a queen bed over looking the Gulf with its own entrance onto the covered porch and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom and a small personal balcony. The third has two single bunk beds with a small personal balcony. Fourth bedroom has a queen bed overlooking the Gulf with a personal door leading to the covered porch. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom. The elevator services all floors and makes off-loading groceries and luggage a breeze! The large covered porch has a bar style outdoor table and multiple loungers to sun bath. The top floor features the kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom as well as a large covered porch. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless appliances, a kitchen island, walk in pantry, and a breakfast bar. A new circular dining table that easily seats 8. With multiple different seating options, the living room has a sofa, two large wingback chairs, and two

Gulf, and en-suite bathroom features both a shower and large soaking tub. With a bar style outdoor table and multiple outdoor rocking chairs, the large covered porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or even dinner. The ground floor of TOES IN THE WATER is just as spectacular as the rest of the home. This home offers a private pool. A huge sun deck with loungers, umbrellas, and an equally as huge bench that runs the length of the sundeck, perfect for making memories with your family. There is also a large table that seats 8 under the home away from the sun, perfect for lunches. With plenty of parking space available both under the home and the gravel drive way.
