The first floor features 4 bedrooms, a second living area, and a large covered porch. The living area includes a breakfast nook with a Keurig, mini fridge, ice maker, sink, and a large flat screen TV. The first bedroom has a queen bed over looking the Gulf with its own entrance onto the covered porch and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom and a small personal balcony. The third has two single bunk beds with a small personal balcony. Fourth bedroom has a queen bed overlooking the Gulf with a personal door leading to the covered porch. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom. The elevator services all floors and makes off-loading groceries and luggage a breeze! The large covered porch has a bar style outdoor table and multiple loungers to sun bath. The top floor features the kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom as well as a large covered porch. A huge sun deck with loungers, umbrellas, and an equally as huge bench that runs the length of the sundeck, perfect for making memories with your family.
