Summary: The home was beautiful and as pictured! It is in the Hollywood hills so the drive up to the house could be challenging depending on your vehicle. Tiana was very communicative and reassuring. I only gave 3 stars for check in because I wish early check in was an option but we did find something to do to kill time while waiting. Only downfall I would say was probably the Temp in the house. The rooms were warm but the rest of the home was freezing, could very well have been us not knowing which thermostat to use but we only seen one and it did not control the temp upstairs in the main living area but the gas fireplace helped! Thank you Tiana!
