The luxurious stone villa is located in the middle of the island in the tranquil village Orthes 30 km away from Rethymno city and 8 km away from the nearest beach of Panormos. Ideally situated to explore all Crete.
Situated on a quiet lane in the village of Orthes, this unique villa is a superb rural hideaway, stone-built in traditional style. Set in an area of magnificent natural beauty, surrounded by gardens of pretty flower shrubs and fruit trees it is more than a country cottage or a holiday villa.
The newly stone-built villa is ideal for couples ,groups of friends and families alike.
The villa can comfortably sleep up to 10 people ,affords two spacious living rooms and two fully equipped kitchen designed in an open plan style.The two storey pretty villa offers five bedrooms,four with double beds and one bedroom with bunk style beds.All rooms are fully air conditioned. The villa in general offers 3,5 bathrooms,one more Wc bathroom is offered in the swimming pool area.
Outside,the furnished veranda lends itself perfectly to alfresco dining,presenting a wonderful view of your own private gardens! The outdoor dining experience is further complimented by a covered impressive stone-built barbecue with a pizza oven.
