Summary: Safe area with two security checkpoints, clean house on arrival, very spacious as well. Pool was a feature especially with volleyball. It’s further than 15 min from tamarindo, it’s more like 30 - 35 minutes. There is a chunk of about 10 min where the road isn’t paved to the house so travel over it is slow. The beach club is great, we rented golf carts there. Joustine the concierge was helpful throughout the trip. We also purchased a chef for a few of the days and that was fantastic too. There’s nothing walking distance from the house, maybe the grocery store but it would be a long walk. Need golf carts or a car to get around the area. Overall great experience.
