OUTDOOR AMENITIES
The patio doors are fitted with window panes which let in plenty of natural light and lead out to the main patio. There, you and your guests can cool off in the sparkling pool or enjoy a glass of wine and great conversation while seated at the outdoor dining table or on a lounger. The guesthouse entrance is also accessible at the pool area.
MAIN HOUSE
The open kitchen, living, and dining area is a welcoming space for your group to gather in. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials needed to whip up a memorable meal. 1) Our Austin Oasis is the perfect home base for responsible bachelorette groups, families, families with young with young children, family reunions, business travelers, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.
2) Outdoor activity is prohibited between 10 PM and 7 AM. All guests must move indoors between that time, no exceptions
3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay.This will be policed w/ decibel meter devices.
4) Pets are NOT permitted
5) The Homeowner maintains an office onsite (located on the second floor of the guesthouse). There is a separate entrance but please note they may be onsite M-F. Guests are not permitted on the second floor of the guesthouse at any time.
6) Parking- Street parking is available for guests to use
