This private suite DOES NOT include breakfast. Located on the bottom floor of a home, situated on a 0.33 acre lot with a large pool in a quiet neighborhood. The property has a privacy fence, large patio, outdoor eating area and fire pit (wood, etc. not provided). Fire extinguisher is provided. The suite has a separate entrance with a bedroom, sunroom and full bathroom (large shower). Queen bed, leather furniture, extra large towels and bath sheets. Also includes a stainless steel 3/4 fridge/freezer and microwave. Other amenities include a Keurig coffee maker, water, coffee, tea, iron, ironing board, blow dryer, exercise equipment, board games and a portable work station. Wi-fi is included with Roku free channels. Parking is available on the street in front of the property. Temporary parking is allowed in the driveway for offloading.
