Come experience Las Vegas in a whole new way, at our newly remodeled and furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single story home. This serene retreat awaits you in quiet, safe and desirable Summerlin. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the strip (a 15 minute drive) and near the Spectacular Red Rock Canyon, that has easy access from the 215 Beltway and the Summerlin Parkway.
This amazing home would be great for anyone wanting to experience Summerlin as a local. It would also be great for traveling nurses, since it is located a few blocks away from the Summerlin Hospital, business professionals as well as snow birds wanting to enjoy the dry desert oasis that Vegas provides.
Fully furnished and equipped with all the comforts of home, our pleasing floor plan offers a well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island with an eating bar, along with a dinning room that has seating for six to enjoy meals together or play a game of Vegasopoly. There is a private office with WIFI and a printer as well as a sitting area for any business meetings you may have. The living room has a cozy fireplace and a smart TV to stream your favorite shows or movies and a large slider leading out to the resort-style backyard that has a large spa with waterfalls, an awesome pool and plenty of room to BBQ while viewing the sunset.
