Welcome to this private home (no basement dwellers or shared property).Positioned in the heart of Central City, this spot offers plenty in the way of killer spaces and enviable location. The property was built just over a few years ago so is a newer construction and a rare find in this historic neighborhood. No need to deal with drafty rooms, questionable turn of the century plumbing or other such inconveniences of older homes. We also offer single floor living as there are no indoor stairs to negotiate for added convenience or for those with mobility issues.

Summary: A great place to stay in SLC - close to downtown, loads of shopping, and U Utah. The house is tastefully decorated and very well appointed - we cooked a full thanksgiving meal for 8 with no problem. Truly everything you need for a great vacay! The hot tub was wonderful, although a bit unexpected that the backyard and outdoor space was detached from the house. Overall a fantastic stay - we will absolutely return on our next visit!
