Spectacular 180 degree ocean views from this newly renovated home/cottage overlooking Semiahmoo Bay and steps away from White Rock beach and restaurants. Two large sliding doors open to a large deck with amazing unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean where you can enjoy the balmy summer days and evenings.
This original beach cottage has been thoughtfully transformed into a beautiful fresh, bright space with one bedroom with king bed on the main level, and second bedroom downstairs (ground level) with 2 twin beds.
The furnishings are new and modern and purchased from OAT Furniture, a local Vancouver company. The beautiful modern outdoor teak table with benches is from Design Within Reach.
The home is professionally designed and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing get away on the ocean. Private double parking in front of home.
This rental is ideal for a couple, or family of 4, and can accommodate a 5th person in a pinch. The downstairs bedroom can be accessed from the living area using a short ladder with expanded steps to climb down below, or from an exterior door at the side of the house. The home retains the original layout of the beach cottage which adds to the charm of the esthetic and makes it fun and easy for school-aged kids and teens to climb down to their private space.
