Enjoy water features and deck jets along the patio, palms and other south Floridian plant species, outdoor seating for conversation, dining, and sunbathing, plus swings and trapeze bars in the trees, and a gas grill for cooking and entertaining.
The 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is thoughtfully renovated with tile floors throughout; an immaculate, white custom kitchen with quartzite countertops and Bosch appliances; contemporary furnishings in an open floor plan; and bright, comfortable bedrooms. New central AC keeps the air cool and conditioned.
