Summary: I stayed here with my wife and 2 sons. The accommodations were excellent, but I do have a few complaints. The first is regarding one of the downstairs bed rooms (the first bed room after coming down the stairs). The air conditioning made a dripping sound that would not stop. I looked for the source of the dripping but could not find it, nor was there a pool of water, but the dripping continued throughout the night and made it very difficult to sleep. In addition, this same bed room contained a wifi router that had many lights that blinked on and off throughout the night. These issues made it very difficult to sleep in that room. Additionally, while I understand that Japan does things differently sometimes, but the pillows were very hard and had rice or something in them, making them very difficult to sleep on. I know many hotels (in Japan and throughout the world) that will put a variety of pillow types out, so customers can use what best suits them. These issues are very easy to fix and would make the stay much nicer. Overall, the property was wonderful. The room was very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay there again.
