The water here is comfortable for swimming well into fall thanks to Gulf Stream pushing up warmer currents into this shallow Nantucket Sound area protected from the Atlantic Ocean by Martha’s Vineyard & Nantucket Islands. Wonderful paddle boarding & kayaking location. A great Stand Up Paddleboard and 3 awesome Kayaks are available May-October with Signed Waiver.

Our home provides exceptional accommodations, is impeccably clean and comfortably sleeps 11 people. Geared for family vacation -four floors provide living space for togetherness yet allow privacy and spreading out when needed for everyone. Comfortable furniture & beds, wonderful luxury touches, large windows and open architecturally detailed floor plan designed to enhance captivating architectural and natural views and create an airy, uplifting ambiance to relax and unwind.
First floor- offers four bedrooms and living room with a 32-inch TV. The two King bedrooms with en suite bathrooms have doors to deck. Third bedroom has both Queen bed and Twin bed. Fourth bedroom has two Twin beds. Lastly, there’s a full bathroom with combination bathtub/shower.
Second floor- washed in sunshine and designed to maximize ocean views with open floor plan for kitchen, dining area, family room, and grilling/dining deck. Large living room with 64 inch Smart Streaming TV, dining room seating for 8, sliding doors to deck, chef's kitchen with island seating for 5, powder room, and King bedroom with en suite bath. The fully equipped granite kitchen features Sub-Zero refrigerator, water filtration, KitchenAid double wall ovens, KitchenAid five burner gas cooktop, KitchenAid quiet dishwasher with sterile cycle, KitchenAid compactor, two Franke sinks, and All-Clad cookware. Deck has natural gas Napoleon grill and large teak dining table seating 8.
Third floor- large open space great room with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows for stunning panoramic views of Circo Pond, Hyannis Harbor, Great Island, Nantucket Sound, and Hyannis Port towards Kennedy Compound. Sitting area with a 50-inch TV, game table for backgammon/chess/checkers games, and a raised table for family board games. The top deck has large cocktail table and 6 comfortable Adirondack chairs perfect for coffee, cocktails, reading, sunbathing, enjoying sunrises and sunsets.
Patio level- features open game/entertainment family room with Ping Pong table and sliding doors to patio & driveway. Convenient second refrigerator, sitting area with 64-inch Streaming SmartTV with Xbox, and a well-equipped laundry room with extra-large LG machines & sink. Storage garage with large variety beach toys, lawn games, beach chairs, beach buggies, kayaks, paddle board, and pfd/life safety vests for your use.
This property is always professionally deep cleaned, sanitized, and aired out after every stay. We are take extra care to disinfect high touch areas between rentals. For improved and safer Indoor Air Quality, HVAC System is outfitted with both Ultraviolet Air Disinfection System and HE Electrostatically Charged Whole House Air Cleaner System.
