5 Bedroom House with Bedding, Internet and Pool

Welcome to Bella Rosa!
This incredible home is just steps to the beach with everything you’d want in a luxury vacation home including a heated pool( for an extra fee) with a waterfall and a grill . Bella Rosa is located in the Gulf Pines community in Miramar Beach. Gulf Pines is a very low density community with its own private beach access. You won’t find a crowded beach here. This spacious vacation rental sleeps up to 15 comfortably. There are three fireplaces including an outdoor fireplace and sitting area in the lanai by the heated pool. Parking for up to 4 cars.
When you enter Bella Rosa you’ll be immediately taken by the spacious and elegant living room with fireplace and a large screen TV. The living room overlooks the outdoor lanai and so you’ll be able to enjoy the waterfall and pool from your living room vantage point. The décor is elegant yet very comfortable carrying on the Tuscan/Mediterranean style of the home.
To the left of the living room is the FORMAL DINING ROOM that comfortably seats 10 people. It’s the perfect spot for leisurely dinners after a day at the beach.
Next to the living room and dining room is the GOURMET KITCHEN that is so fully equipped. Here’ you’ll find a five burner gas cooktop, a microwave over oven combination, wrap around granite counters with stainless steel double sinks, an under counter icemaker and even a wine cooler. This kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of storage space for all your grocery items.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a small BREAKFAST DINING TABLE with seating for 4. Next to the breakfast area is the ENTERTAINMENT ROOM that offers a large flat screen TV that’s set up with a game system. Perfect spot for the kids when they’re not at the beach or in the pool. There’s a QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA in this room and a wine cooler. Just the perfect entertainment room
You can access LANAI area through three sets of French doors in the ENTERTAINMENT ROOM, the LIVING ROOM, or the MASTER SUITE. The LANAI is designed for outdoor living with a HEATED POOL with waterfall, HOT TUB, an OUTDOOR FIREPLACE with a seating area for two, and a dining table with room for six.
THE MASTER SUITE has a iron framed KING BED, a 50" flat screen TV, a small library, a separate seating area with a gas fireplace. It’s the perfect place to relax after a full day of beach activities. The double French doors open onto the LANAI. The MASTER BATH SUITE offers a walk in shower for two or more as well as a soaking jetted tub for the ultimate relaxation at the end of the day.
The second bedroom located off the ENTERTAINMENT ROOM has a QUEEN BED and an oversize closet.
The second bath, adjacent to the second bedroom and ENTERTAINMENT ROOM, has a granite sink and walk in tiled shower.
The third bedroom has a QUEEN BED and a private entrance to the large bath with a walk in shower and two granite counter sinks.
The fourth bedroom has two TWIN BEDS
Within the MASTER SUITE area you’ll find the fifth bedroom with a TWIN OVER FULL AND A TWIN OVER TWIN BUNK along with a 35” FLAT SCREEN TV. This is a great area for the kids. Lots of room to stretch out.
In addition to all the features of this home, the three car garage contains a gaming area with a ping pong table and outdoor games as well .
Bella Rosa is just the perfect vacation home that is designed to make you feel very much at home. Come and enjoy.

Summary: This is a really great home for families.There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and not be on top of each other. The beds were comfortable. The house was spotless! The house was pretty well stocked for cooking. The ice maker under the cabinet did not work and the freezer did not keep frozen foods frozen. I called at least 10 times to talk to someone at the realty company and not 1 time did anyone answer the phone! So we had unresolved issue all week. There are lots of light bulbs that need to be changed. The pocket doors in the bathrooms do not lock.The was not a broom to sweep during the week. The beeping that goes off every time any door to outside is opened is sooo annoying. That might have been an issue that could have been resolved, but again I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone to tell us how to turn the beeping off. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes, which if you are in good shape is fine, but we had our elderly parents with us. It would have been very helpful to have been able to have used the golf cart that sat in the garage plugged in all week. For whatever reason we were not allowed. The pool was great! We enjoyed it after spending the day at the beach. The hot tub only gets hot if you pay for a heated pool. I learned that from the pool guy, who was super nice and very informative. It was way to hot to have a heated pool, so we missed out on the hot tub. There were plenty of beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. Overall, we still had a great time and the beach and water are beautiful, but when you pay this much for a house, you expect every thing to be in working order and to have good customer service/communication with the property manager.We will not stay at this house again or any house thru Best Beach Getaways. I think a lot could have been resolved if I could have spoken to someone and let them know there are issues.
