Our 30 ft heated (heat optional extra fee) south east facing pool and spa (heat optional extra fee) has sun all day with covered lanai for shade. No rear neighbors and lot of privacy.
Only 15 minutes to Disney & other attractions. Walmart and large selection of restaurants and shops are just 5 minutes away. Several top class golf courses nearby.

Summary: The property was very nice. The pool was great and well maintained. However the house was not well cleaned including lots of hairs all around the house and very dirty floors. We ended up spending a lot of time cleaning the house in order to feel comfortable staying there. The television boxes were all dead so we could not get any television. We tried restarting with no luck. Also I went to to work at the dining room table and sat in a dining room chair which promptly broke under my weight of 170 pounds and I injured my elbow and neck. The chair had been glued back together by someone which did not hold. If the house had been better maintained it would have been a much nicer experience.
