Pride of ownership shows in this lovely shore home that is larger than it appears. Just a short walk to the beach! 2 blocks. Beautifully renovated, 2 bedrooms down , 2 up and a bathroom on each floor. . One of the upstairs bedrooms will have a Trundle bed with the queen, The other queen. First floor has a King bed and the other first floor bedroom has 1 single and a double.. Great outdoor entertaining, fenced yard. NO USE of fireplace , partial garage access for bikes, beach chairs etc. Also additional refrigerator in that part of garage. 3 parking spaces . Families only please. No groups no parties.. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, mini golf etc.. Very reasonably priced. Blankets and pillows provided. 8 beach passes offered. No pets permitted Not pet free. Owner provides pillows and blankets for tenant use. Please refer to property 116888 when inquiring,. Occupied off season, must make appointment to see.. Tenant has option for Damage Insurance, the fee is $70 non refundable.
