Relax in this half acre property by the poolside which includes a full barbecue bar, a spacious grassy area and playground for kids, a newly installed putting green for golfers, or just enjoy the pool and spa which can be used year-round. Barbecue area includes a mini fridge, sink, plenty of counter space and a two-burner stove if you wish to bask in the sun. Keep the relaxation going into the evening as the backyard is well lit with string lights or use the fire pit.
The main house has 3 master bedrooms each with an entrance to the backyard as well as 2 guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom. If you need a break from the sun, enjoy the game room with ping pong or remove the ping pong table and play billiards. Each bedroom in the main house includes a TV where you can watch some Netflix or cable TV. Whether you're bringing your family or a group of friends, Casa Blanca can accommodate a large group, being able to sit 10 people in the dining area or take advantage of the multiple seating arrangements in the living room and family room. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and kitchen ware and has an open floor plan to still mingle.
