This townhouse was just finished in early 2019. Brand new and very luxurious. People are raving about the upstairs den featuring 2 full over full bunk beds (sleep 8).
Literally 10 steps out the back patio is the huge pool with a kids water dome, a slide, 2 hot tubs, and a waterfall. Use the bbq and enjoy satellite TV.
4 bed/3.5 bath. Sleeps 18. Maximum Occupancy 18. Bed Configuration: Master (downstairs)- king, Master (upstairs) - king, Guest - queen, and Den - 2 bunk beds (4 fulls), and full sofa-sleeper, in addition, the livingroom has a queen sofa-sleeper. 2 levels, entry is bottom level. 2000 sq feet. Pool view. Built 2019.
Important note, the condo does sleep 18 but does not completely accommodate 18. For example, the dining room table only seats 8, the hot water will run out after several consecutive showers, and we can only provide 12 bath towels and 6 cabana towels.
