Negative: I was disappointed to say the least with the state of the maintenance of the caravan. Having not been able to get the heating or cooker working, we called for assistance and discovered that the gas bottle was empty, this could not be fixed until the following day. and we were unable to put any form of heating on that night, our party were all over 80yrs of age. We could not get the TV working, the following day staff from the office who came to see what she might be able to do to fix the gas, discovered that the TV controllers had no batteries in them! An elderly female in our party was ascending the outside wooden steps when the hand rail came away in her hand, it had only been glued on many years before, there were no screws in it. It was so lucky that I was behind her and was able to catch her before she fell backwards. A member of the camp staff kindly fixed it with screws. There was no complaint with the cleanliness of the van. But we were not warned that we would need toilet rolls and what was there would not last one night, we were lucky to get to the shop before it closed. Generally speaking the van was not prepared for occupation
