Summary: Room was good, but coffee machine was not clean where was filter for water. Pillows were not comfortable at all. They are so hard and there are not fresh, not smelling on powder. Very bad that hotel does not have a breakfast as well, they told us on reception we have some sandwiches and pastries in our restaurant. We had alternative for a breakfast in Hotel Four Season and Fairmont. Staff on reception not asking you how is your stay how is everything even when we did check out. Costumer service is poor, no love in their job. Overall we will choose different hotel next time for for price we paid.
