We are in the process of cleaning the apartment after 4 years of hosting a Long Term Tenant. Now that they have vacated, we are ready to begin offering this unit on VRBO/HOMEAWAY again as a great short term beach getaway!
Once the property has been property cleaned, updated photos will be provided in the listing to ensure guests understand what things may have changed since.
Unit will be available for Rent beginning Sunday June 30, 2024.

Two bedrooms features 1 Queen Bed & 1 Full/Double Bed.
Living room features 2 cozy couches for lounging and relaxing if you wish to stay in. The apartment also features a "tuck-away" fold-up dining table with 4 chairs. Roll and move the table anywhere you desire in the apartment and set it up for a perfect dining table.
Full bathroom has a stand-in shower only and is on the smaller side.
We are happy to provide some items, at your convenience. Water, juice, tea, and coffee are offered.

Essentials included: wifi, cable, towels, sheets, soap/shampoo, and anything else you feel you may need during your stay. We are here to help in any way we can.
**During the SUMMER months, we are happy to provide extra beach towels (2), beach umbrella (1), & beach chairs (2)**
Check-in is anytime after 3pm and Check-out is at 11am.
ON-SITE PARKING UNAVAILABLE. Parking is on-street (free during Winter/Spring season).
Space can fit up to 4 people comfortably.

This unit does have low ceilings. Guests that are 6 Feet or Taller may have some trouble or issues with standing. The Bathroom is also on the smaller side with space and has only a stand-in shower.
Entire apartment available. Door access is from the rear of the property behind the buildings, up 1 flight of stairs.
There is a private balcony guests can use to relax on and take in the view of downtown.
Patio area is a shared space with the businesses & other guests.
We always respect our guests privacy to enjoy their time. But we do live just a few moments away and are available if needed via text or call. If there are requests for local recommendations for sights and or restaurants etc... We are happy to share.

Please do not use driveway. Others come in and out of there during the day and we do not want to block access to the businesses either.
OFF STREET PARKING ONLY - (free during winter months; metered during the summer). Some parking areas may require parking permit (again only during summer months). Meters are currently no longer in effect until Summer 2019.
Loading/unloading can be done in the YELLOW ZONE along the street if no spots are available close by. DO NOT PULL INTO THE DRIVEWAY PLEASE & THANK YOU.
For Summer Guests: 1 Parking Permit Pass provided. A 2nd Parking Permit Pass may be available upon request if a 2nd car is brought for your stay. Please make sure you leave the permit passes for the next guest before checking-out. **If parking passes are lost/not returned a fee will be incurred in order to purchase another ($250)**
