This 2-bedroom townhouse is undergoing renovations (most significantly, the carpet is in need of replacement) but is currently still available for those looking for a great value stay! It's a 790-square-foot 2-story townhouse in the heart of Capitola Village! One of the few pet-friendly locations, it's a great spot to bring your pup. Also, there is a 1-car garage available for parking (mid to large SUVs will likely not fit).
Due to the stairs and pending upgrades, we do not recommend this location for children.
The Space:
This townhouse is a great place to stay if you're on a budget but still want to be right in the heart of Capitola Village. The layout maximizes the space with a garage, well-stocked kitchen, and half bath on the first floor. Upstairs, there is a living room, 2 bedrooms, and 1 full bathroom. Altogether, the home sleeps 4 comfortably. There is also a cute little patio off the back of the house with a gas BBQ for your use.
The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home.

This townhouse does share walls with neighboring units, and the living room and bedrooms are only accessed by a staircase. You will have full access to the home as well as 1 designated parking space in a garage for a small sedan or SUV to park in - a huge perk in the Capitola Village!

Named one of the best California beach towns by USA Today, Capitola features an abundance of eateries and shops all along the beautiful California coast. Steps away from shopping, restaurants, and best of all, the ocean! Parking is included so you won't have to worry about driving anywhere! Less than a 1-minute walk to delicious restaurants, local shops, and Capitola beach!
This townhouse is located down Riverview Avenue and is perfect for taking walks along the creek down to Capitola Beach, spending time browsing through the shops, wine tasting, or dining in Capitola Village. Quaint Capitola Village is the perfect destination for families. Come explore all that this atmospheric coastal town has to offer, including surfing, boutique shopping, amazing food, and entertainment for all ages! You will not be disappointed! This neighborhood is very lively and in the middle of the Capitola Village, so there is a lot of activity!
Getting Around:
The beach, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. There are also bigger grocery stores and pharmacies about a 3 minute drive from the home. With your own parking space you can easily park your car upon arrival and enjoy the rest of the trip by foot! Downtown Santa Cruz and the famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk are a short 18 minute drive north and the Monterey Bay Aquarium is less than an hour south.
Other Things to Note:
Please note: The garage is very small and will only fit a small sedan or SUV. All house access except the kitchen requires stair mobility. The area can be quite lively during the day and early hours of the night. It may be busy with travelers until about 11 p.m. at night. Traffic flow can be pretty heavy in the area as well (although the street the house is located is not a heavily trafficked road). 1 small dog (30lbs) is allowed on the property, additional animals will have an associated nightly fee.
This house is not in pristine condition, there is wear and tear and is considered a "value stay" with OVR. If you are looking for an affordable vacation close to nearby attractions, this is the perfect spot. If you are looking for a more luxurious home to vacation in, this home may not be a fit for your needs.
No central heating but thermostat controlled wall heaters and space heaters keep the house warm!
