We have a driveway for 2 cars, as well as street parking for those who bring a car.
Marta is nearby and can take you all over the city. Uber & Lyft are super convenient and easily accessed. It could also be fun to rent a scooter or bike through apps to explore the Beltline.
HOUSE RULES
Airbnb guests that have booked a stay have agreed to the house rules:
- Please be courteous of surrounding neighbors. We have cultivated a strong relationship to continue to host Airbnb guests. For noise / neighbor complaints guests will be fined or asked to leave the property without a refund.
- Guests must be over the age of 25.
- No parties &/or events, glitter, tape, or confetti without prior approval and fees.
- No smoking (vaping) or open flames of any kind. This includes incense. Guests who smoke will be charged a $500 additional cleaning fee.
- Please no loud music or noise after 9 PM.
- Please make sure ALL guests are registered. No photoshoots filming projects unless agreed upon when booking.
-If you live locally, we do not take last minute bookings.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Guests will be charged for missing or stained bath towels, comforter, sheets, or pillows.

- Security cameras/audio recording devices are located on the exterior of the property.

Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he/she has no control. This includes but is not limited to: power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure. Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to vacationers or their guests as a result of the acts of said vacationers and guests.
