The Space:
Upon entering through the front door, you are greeted with a spacious open plan living and dining area with access via sliding doors to the outdoor entertaining area facing the beautiful bush reserve. Downstairs also contains the contemporary kitchen stocked with appliances, two of the three bedrooms and a laundry with a washer and dryer. The first of the two bedrooms features a queen-sized bed and glass sliding doors that extend out to the beautiful backyard. The second bedroom features a fun, playful theme perfect for kids and has one single bed and one king single bed. Upstairs is the master suite with a generous king-sized bed, study nook, walk in robe, and en-suite, creating an outstanding private parent’s retreat.

At the southern tip of Mudjimba, North Shore Off-Leash Dog Beach is arguably the Sunshine Coast's wildest, most beautiful slice of paradise for dogs. Let your fur baby run free on the km's of golden sands or take them to the protected side of the beach which offers calm crystal clear waters that are perfect for swimming.
