Summary: The location was great - coffee, ice cream, restaurants, shops, hiking, and fun all nearby. The kitchen had what we needed...just the basics. There were also games, movies, and a smart TV and DVD player. The ceiling fan kept it comfortable. Yes, the floor is uneven, the bathroom doesn't lock, and the kitchen is outdated. BUT none of those things interfered with a wonderful stay in Lake City. One thing to be aware of is that we were expecting a separate bedroom with the daybed in the living room. They are both in the front room, so we all had to sleep in the same room. That was fine with us but may not be OK with all groups.
