This lovely home is situated on a quiet street and is a one-minute walk to the bay, 5 minute walk to Mother's Beach and a 15-minute walk to the village.
It sits on an acre and a quarter of level property with a swing set, playhouse and slide. The house has a living room with fireplace, dining room, eat-in-kitchen, family room, and large front porch. On the ground floor there is also: one bedroom with full-bathroom, laundry room and kitchenette/pantry that leads to outdoor grill area. Three bedrooms are on the 2nd floor (the master, kids room with four beds and guest room with two beds). Each bedroom has its own ensuite full bathroom. The master has a separate sitting area with a fireplace, television and foldout sofa-bed. This would make a wonderful office space or be great for small children (recently added motorized blackout blinds). There is central air and heating throughout the home.
The house has large windows in every room which all look out onto a leafy green garden. French doors in the living room lead out to outdoor eating area and heated in-ground pool. In addition to the main house, at the back of the property there is a fully renovated pool house that sleeps 2 in a loft bedroom with a sitting room, kitchenette and marble bath.
