This grand penthouse with its premier Seaside location is a short walk to the beach and easy walking to over 35 shops and restaurants just outside your door. Access to the penthouse is by private elevator to the third-floor unit.
Upon entry, guests enter a well-appointed open floor plan with a bountiful living room with a large sectional sofa and a 65-inch flat screen TV perfect for movie nights. The home also offers full home audio. Off the living room is the true gem of the home, the expansive private furnished balcony that provides some of the best panoramic Gulf views and stunning sunsets. The balcony features outdoor dining for six and adjacent bar seating for two more. The gourmet kitchen features a six-burner Viking stove with a pot filler, a coffee pot, a Keurig, bar seating for three more, and an adjacent wet bar. There is plenty of built-in kitchen storage for lengthier stays or cooking in. The designated wet bar has wine storage, a beverage center, and a prep sink. Across from the kitchen and wet bar is a dining area that seats six comfortably, where you can see your Gulf views as you dine!
This home features two king bedrooms and is perfect for families or a couple’s escape. The spacious king primary has an ensuite bath, a private balcony, a large flat-screen TV, and a desk perfect for working remotely. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo and Seaside were great as usual. The late check in at 4pm on arrival day and early check out at 10am on departure day are an issue if you travel to Seaside by flight. Management of the condo is fairly inflexible on arrival and departure which is surprising given the price point. No trash pick up and no clear place defined where to take trash is an issue. Place is aging a bit and needs maintenance. Dishwasher falling out of its mount. Ice maker limping along. Elevator doors looking a bit ragged, that sort of thing.
