My penthouse condo is located on the 4th floor. There are no neighbours above you or on three sides so it is quiet and peaceful. While located in the centre of Vancouver it feels like a peaceful oasis. The mountain, city, and ocean view is spectacular from the balcony and living room and den. The living room has 15 foot ceilings and huge windows looking out over False Creek inlet. The entire apartment is bright and airy.. The bedroom has a queen bed. The den has a fold out couch with double bed, smart television, and office nook with printer. This is an 800 square foot penthouse condominium suite. The kitchen is fully equipped. Pay parking is available in the basement garage. There is both a bath and shower in the bathroom. There is in-suite laundry. You can walk to Granville Island market and the False Creek seawall in 5 minutes. Bus stops are also 5 minutes away and it takes about 5 minutes by bus to get downtown.
