Positive: The staff extremely nice. The room, bedding, shower etc all lovely.

Negative: For the price paid, would have expected simple free amenities like bottled water to be included in the room price, instead of it costing $25/bottle. After coming back from very nice to luxury hotels in other countries, which all gave multiple free bottles of water per guest, this really surprised me. Such a low cost nicety not being included for such an expensive room feels bad.
